3. Caparo T1: The British police are considered to be the friendliest in the world, but their cruisers tell a different story. The caparo T1 driven around by the jolly British cops resembles more of an F1 race car than a police vehicle. Perhaps they acquired the super cars to deal with the fancier variety of criminals who like to have cops chase them, or maybe the British police just wanted something exciting in their lives.
